  1. How is toolbox secured to truck ?

    1. Box didn't come with any hardware to mount. I drilled through the rails of the truck bed and put 2 5/16" galvanized bolts on each side.

    2. This box can be secured in a variety of ways. I will list a truck box mounting kit below that could be used. Other ways would be to purchase locally J-bolts, regular bolts, or sheet metal screws.

    3. Short answer: however you wish to secure it.
      The toolbox does not come with any mounting hardware.
      One may separately purchase the Truck Box Mounting Kit (also sold by NT) for around $25. For even less money, one may use J-bolts, regular bolts, or sheet metal screws (from local hardware store).

    1. According to the tag inside it is "better built"

  3. How much does it rise above the sides of the truck?

    Trying to see how much it may obscure the vision in the back window.

    1. If you mount it directly to the top rails of the truck bed it only blocks vision in the bed of the truck, not behind you.

    2. This will depend on the depth of the truck bed. The top portion of the box is 4 5/8 inches tall.

  6. How high are the handles above the bed rails?
