The G1100 NOCO® Genius® UltraSafe Battery Charger/Trickle Charger/Desulfator is a smart, 7 Step, fully automatic switch-mode battery charger and maintainer. The G1100 is best for small battery applications from 2.2 - 40Ah, such as charging your Motorcycle, ATV, jet ski or snowmobile.   1. Not sure what you mean about maintainoing a car battery - will it charge a run down car battery?

    1. Have not used it on my car yet, but charges my atv battery very fast.

    2. I got this charger for my lawn mower, but i also use it on my Ford pickup truck because I only use it a couple times a month. This charger keeps my battery charged. I would invest in some additional eyelet connectors though, it makes switching between vehicles easy.

    3. This NOCO battery charger is intended maintain a batteries current charge level and prevent it from fully discharging, it will not charge a run down battery.

  2. How log is power cord and wires going from unit to battery?

    Need total length from wall outlet to battery max distance.

    1. The DC cable length from the charger, with either the battery clamp or eyelet terminal connectors, is approximately 75-inches (1,900mm). Allow for 12-inches (304mm) of slack between connections.
