  1. What is the max temp it can reach?

    1. The temperature range will vary per cooking function. When grilling the temperature at low is 400 degrees, medium is 450 degrees and high is 500 degrees F. The smoker function will have a temperature range from 145-400 degrees F. The air crisp function has a temperature range from 300-450 degrees F. The bake function has a temperature range from 250-400 degrees F. The roast function has a temperature range from 250-425 degrees F. The dehydrate function will have a temperature range of 80-195 degrees. The temperature for broil is 500 degrees F.

  2. Can you smoke or cook a Turkey?

    1. A whole turkey does not fit in the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill, but turkey breasts, turkey legs, thighs, wings, and a spatchcocked (flattened) turkey do fit without clearance issues.
