    3. This unit does work on regular sawzall blades. Northern carries several different blades for this saw. See items below.

  2. Does the battery on this tool come with the charger?

    1. If you buy a "tool only" model, no charger or battery included. An option for those with other tools that have similar batteries already. If not, go for the "Kit" option which includes batteries ( some have one battery - some have two batteries ) and a charger and usually a carry bag.

    1. The model 2625-20, item #403681 Milwaukee reciprocating saw is the original model, it would not be the latest generation.

    1. You would use the M18, 18 volt Milwaukee batteries with this saw. See item #62594 for a 2-pack of 5.0 Ah (amp hour) batters that would work with this saw. Item #51491 would be a single 5.0 Ah battery for it.
