    1. The frequency range on this radio is from 162,400 to 162.550 megahertz (MHz). See page 7 of the product manual on our web.

  3. I am having trouble getting a voice on my weather radio. Have I mutted the voice and don't realize it, if so how do i I get the voice on?

    1. You would just need to go through the Menu settings and be sure that the Voice is turned on and it’s in English to set up the voice.

  4. How do I set it up for my area and retrieve messages?

    1. For area/location setup, use the up and down arrows located under the display. The menu button will allow you to retrieve alerts/messages. The owner's manual offers a detailed step by step process
