  2. Hello, On the Meyer BL240 spreader, The specs say 5 ft minimum 25 ft maximum spread width. What and how is the adjustment is made to enable the various spread widths? Thank You

    1. The speed of the motor determines the width of the spread. On the right side of the spreader controller, there is a dial that allows you to select the motor speed from 1 to 10. Higher speed settings will increase both the spread width and the amount of material discharged per minute.

      Additionally, you can quickly switch from a lower speed to the maximum speed using the "blast" switch. This feature allows for maximum material discharge at the widest spread without needing to adjust the dial setting.
