Product Summary

The Maxim WC welded hydraulic cylinder is designed for demanding applications and built to ensure maximum reliability and performance, exceeding the highest standards. Manufactured from precision-forged steel with a hard chrome-plated rod, this cylinder is made for durability. For maximum flexibility the base-end clevis extends an extra 2in. to offer a greater swing radius. For the highest reliability, the Maxim WC features a piston made from ductile iron with a long-lasting Hallite 755 wear ring, Buna o-ring tube seals, a deep PolyPak rod seal with a B-lip design, and snap-in urethane rod wiper. This cylinder is rated for 3000 psi and female clevis-mounted with included pins and clips. Comes standard in black.

  1. what size/type ports does this have ? Do you have a 90 degree elbow to got to 1/2 " pipe thread

    1. The cylinder would have SAE-8 ports. It would be a type of O-ring Boss (ORB) fitting. We would not carry a 90 degree elbow to go to 1/2" pipe thread.

  2. Can this ram RETRACT(that is pull together) as well as extend (push out) with equal power?

    1. The extend force is 37,699 pounds max and the retract force is 28274 pounds max. The cylinder would not extend and retract with equal power.
