Product Summary

Get hitched with this one-of-a-kind, heavy-duty Master Manufacturing 200 Gallon Premium Trailer Broadcast Spot Trailer Sprayer. Featuring a top-of-the-line pumping system that includes a robust Everflo 5.5GPM 12V on-demand diaphragm pump, pressure gauge, adjustable pressure regulator, and a shut-off valve that controls water flow to boomless nozzle. In seconds, easily hitch to a UTV or Sub-Compact Tractor with the included 2” ball hitch. Never fear for safety as this trailer features an all-steel roll cage and independent suspension axle that prevents unnecessary sloshing in tank. Keep your trailer sprayer stationary with the included Valley Industries trailer jack that swings up and away for travel. Other features includea 12” vented screw-on fill lid for easy filling, 20.5” heavy-duty tires, 15’ of rubber hose with organizing rack and sump for easy draining after spraying. Can be converted to a forkliftable skid sprayer by removing 10 bolts between axle hitch. Backed by a two-year warranty on pump components. When it comes time to spot spray, un-holster your adjustable flash spray gun and reach up to 25ft. vertically and 30ft. horizontally from the comfort of your seat. As applications change, push down lever on the side of the spray gun and go from a steady stream to an atomized mist. The atomized spray gun is field repairable and features a trigger lock to reduce hand fatigue on longer jobs. This trailer sprayer features a heavy-duty broadcast spray chain boom that has a 23ft. spray swath. Featuring quick attach, no-drip spray nozzles that prevent excessive chemical dripping after spraying. With fold-able wings, easily prevent damage from oncoming obstacles such as trees or fold-in for more compact storage. Comes standard with fourteen flat fan nozzles. This trailer sprayer is designed to handle up to 15 acres* of coverage in one sitting. Making it ideal for large spray applications with a UTV or sub-compact tractor. *Acreage coverage is based on running spraying application at 30 PSI while maintaining speed at 5 MPH.

    1. The maximum amperage at start up is 17 amps. The running amperage is approximately 13 amps depending on the pressure you are operating the sprayer at.

    1. The 200-gal tank is molded with a low-point sump and comes equipped with a dedicated drain fitting so you can open the valve and let the contents flow out by gravity- no pump required.

  10. Can the sprayers be operated at 90 degrees? To spray row crops vertically?

    1. The arms on the broadcast could not be operated at 90 degrees. It would cause a kink in the lines for the chemical to pass through.
