Product Summary

The Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grill makes it easy to prepare and serve the finest in wood-fired gourmet goodness. It uses only all natural cooking-grade wood pellets for fuel, No gas, propane or charcoal. Turn one button to start the grill and you can sear a steak, bake pizza or cookies, smoke jerky, ribs or brisket with 100% natural wood pellets. With cooking temperatures from 180° to 500°F, you have complete control with the turn of a dial. The digital control board along with the oven-type grill probe result in precise cooking control. Fan forced convection cooking seals in the juices and eliminantes the need for a rotisserie. The Pit Boss 820 Deluxe provides a large 820 sq. in. cooking surface (580 sq. in. main and 240 sq. in. removable upper rack). A flavor-enhancing grease tray directs excess grease to large grease bucket while adding flavor back into your cooking. The additional lift-out stainless serving/grilling tray, copper finish hopper lid and chimney cap, tool hangers and bottle opener truly make this a deluxe unit. An embossed copper-finished lid for added strength, a large hopper holds up to 24 lbs. of pellet fuel and two large, easy-rolling wheels result in a unit that is built and designed to last, but priced to fit anyones budget.
