LOCTITE®248 is a blue, general purpose threadlocker that provides a medium strength bond in a convenient stick format for no-drip, no-mess applications. This threadlocker locks and seals bolts, nuts and studs to prevent loosening due to vibration. It works on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces without the need for a primer. Suitable for use on most oil-coated, "as-received" fasteners without cleaning.
