    Is 100sg mod # K2532-1 compatible with a Lincoln weld pac 175 hd wire feed unit? thank you Tom.

    1. This spool gun kit is compatible with the Easy Mig welders, our item #167741 and #167740.

    2. The Weld-Pak 175HD does not have circuitry for a spool gun. There is an aluminum feeding kit available (K664-2).

  3. Number of Pins on Trigger connection

    Is the trigger connection plug 4 pins or 5? The klutch has 5pins and will not fit the Northern tools 140i mig welder which is 4 pins on the plug.

    1. The K2532-1 has a 4-pin connector using 2 pins for the spool gun function. This spoolgun kit is designed for Lincoln Electric welders.

    1. The Lincoln Electric Magnum 100SG Spoolgun Kit will work on the Lincoln 140 and 180 wirefeed welders. It is not compatible with any stick welders.

    1. If the switch is installed on the machine already, you will not need the harness. If there is no switch inside the machine, where you attach the gun then the harness needs to be installed.
