  2. can i use a generator with this, I have been told if the power supply is is modern yes (IGBT) even if final is transformer

    1. The welder can be used with a generator. It would require a minimum 2400 running watts to operate.

    1. A 4043 size 0.035" aluminum wire like item 5018082 is recommended for use with this welder.
