    1. Typically to remove stucco, 2,000 - 3,000 blows per minute (BPM) is recommended. This air hammer kit delivers up to 2,500 BPM so it may work to break up and remove stucco.

  2. Is there a recommended air compressor size when using this tool?

    1. This air hammer requires about 2.75 CFM at 90 PSI for operation. An air compressor such as our item #53009 would work.

    1. This air hammer does not have a variable speed motor and trigger, it operates at 2500 BPM.

  4. Can this be used to bore a hole thru a poured concrete wall?

    Would you recommend this kit for boring a hole through a pour concrete basement wall? Will the chisels rotate while hammering through concrete?

    1. This hammer drill will not work to bore a hole through concrete. An SDS style drill or something similar that will accept masonry bits is recommended for the application to ensure the hole looks professional.
      Northern Tool does offer item number 42368 for a set of masonry drill bits.
