  1. How big is the crate. Because I'm picking it up at the store

    1. Measurements of the one I picked up were 16" deep X 24" height X 61" 1/2 width.

    1. This box and pan brake does not have an adjustable back stop for depth. At this time, we do not offer a Klutch model with this capability.

  3. I have this break and it was dropped and the top portion of the break was damaged. Is it possible to order individual parts?

  4. Will it accurately bend coil stock/aluminum??

    1. This brake will not bend coil stock. It can work with Q235 steel with a thickness range of 1.2 to 1.5mm or 45# steel with a maximum thickness of 0.28mm.

  5. Can I break.   .100 aluminum

    1. This box and pan brake has a maximum capacity of 0.03" thickness. It would not work with 0.100" thick aluminum.

    1. This box and pan brake will not bend 12 gauge diamond deck aluminum as it is too thick.

    1. A 72" version of this pan break is not offered. The 48.25" is the largest we currently offer.

  8. How precise is this brake can it bend a quarter inch on 24 gauge metal for a Pittsburgh lock or to helm an edge?

    1. This box and pan brake cannot do a Pittsburgh lock. This is capable of bending metal less than 1mm thick and 1200mm wide at a 45 degree angle.
