    1. This XB box blade has Category 1 pins with Category 0 spacing which means that the distance between the 3-pt. pins is approximately 20". It's rated for use with smaller compact tractors (15-25 HP) with the Category 0 spacing. The BB-48 (item# 256069) box blade has standard Category 1 pin spacing which is approximately 26". The BB-48 is recommended for use with tractors from 20-30 HP. This XB box blade has 3 ripper shanks that can easily be flipped up. The BB-48 has 4 ripper shanks that don't flip up, but they can still be adjusted or removed, etc. Click the link below to view the BB-48 box blade.
