    1. The King Kutter Towable Rotary Lawn Mower is designed to be towed behind a vehicle using a tow hitch. However, the wheels do not drive the blades. Instead, the mower is powered by a PTO (Power Take-Off) shaft from the towing vehicle. The PTO shaft transfers power from the vehicle to the mower’s gearbox, which then drives the blades.
