    1. The electric motor on the hoist will require 220 volt 60 Hz 2.2 KW single phase power. The lift will require a 30-amp circuit breaker.

  2. What is the length and width of the mounting pads that secure it to the floor? Is there a minimum distance from the edge of the mounting pad to the edge of the concrete?

    1. Each KT‑H115Z post uses an 18.00‑in × 16.42‑in mounting pad with anchors spaced 8.21 in front‑to‑back, and all anchors must be installed at least 8 in from any slab edge. Full installation instructions and dimensioned diagrams are provided in the product manual.

    1. The lift can be used in a 12ft building. It has an overall height of 110.9", maximum lifting height of 72.83", and overall width of 140.4". A minimum ceiling heigh of 11-12 feet recommended.

    1. The lift will require a reinforced concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 5.9 inches (150 MM). The strength rating must be a minimum of 3000 PSI.
