  1. Does it come with 2 or 3 mooring ropes? It says both in the description. Also, it says it doesn't include the bottom screen, how do I get one?

    1. The pond aerator would include 2 mooring ropes. It does not include the bottom screen. This is an add on part and can be purchased through the manufacturer.

  2. How deep can it go?

    1. The aerator floats on the water. You will use ropes to position the aerator in the desired location in the pond or lake. Anchor the ropes or secure them to the shoreline so that they are free of slack but not to tight. To prevent twisting due to motor torque, place the anchor at least three feet from the float for each foot of depth.

  7. The control panel is not included in this 1/2 HP 120V, 100 ft cord, Model 2400AF. What is the control panel for and can you obtain them for an additional charge?

    1. The control panel will allow you to run this aerator with a timer. Lights can also be added and run with the control panel. The C-25 model control panel works with this unit. It is available directly through the manufacturer.
