    2. The drill press can go up to 1" for cast iron and 3/4" for mild steel. Whatever spindle bit you use it must be 3 morse (MT) taper.

  5. Does the table have a hole in it for drilling through the work?  It doesn’t look like it.  Usually there’s one in the center.

    1. The unit does not use a hole in the center for drilling through. Placing a piece of wood on the table would be recommended for this application.

    Looking at purchasing a Quill clip depth stop to work with this model. Most fit a thread size of any 1/2"-20 stop rod. What size and thread size is the Jet depth stop shaft?
