  1. What is the smallest drill size this chuck will take 1\64" if not, can this chuck be replace and do you have such chuck.

    1. You can purchase a small chuck for small drills, often these will have a hex shank so you can chuck them up in the drill press chuck.

    2. The drill capacity is 1/32 - 5/8 inch (0.8-16 MM). A smaller capacity chuck is not available.
