  5. Can this item be placed about 6” into the ground?  I have a hole dug, would like to place in the hole fill around the base and internal with dirt.

    1. This planter can be installed in a 6" deep hole. We would recommend filling the inside with dirt before packing dirt around the outside to prevent any potential collapsing.
