  1. Can I use this to spray herbicides?

    1. Would not recommencement for most. A lot of herbicides contain ingredients that either have the sufix's "-ine" or "ate", such as (atrazine or Glyphosate). Even when these are watered down greatly, they tend to be very caustic. Not only are the hoses made to carry these chemicals made of different materials, you probably won't do your fittings any good either. Chemical sprayers use brass or plastic fittings. The connections on this are steel.

  2. Can the air hose be replaced ?

  3. I believe my spring is broken as it has very little tension and can only retract a little bit. Is there a parts manual and are parts avaiable to repair this?

  4. Can this be mounted outside? If not what model would?

    1. This hose can be mounted outside. It is approved for a temperature range of -4 degrees F to 140 degrees F.

  5. Does the unit have to be disassemble to mount it? Or do I pull the hose out as much as possible to access the mounting holes easier?

    1. It does not need to be disassembled prior to mounting.

  6. What is the connection type on the reel itself?

    I see the connection on the end of the hose is 3/8 male NPT but what is the connection at the reel where the air source would be connected?

    1. This hose reel includes a 36" snubber lead-in hose that connects to your air source. It also has a 3/8" NPT male fitting/connector.
