  1. I'm looking for a replacement pump housing. Any suggestions?

    1. The pump housing is part number IP3S5X-005-96. Parts are no longer available through Northern Tool. To order, please contact our sister company Jacks Small Engines at www.jackssmallengines.com.

  2. can this pump be dead headed with a fire nozzle? also what is the max discharge hose length capacity on level ground?

    1. It is not recommended for the pump to be dead headed. This will damage the seal and void the manufacturer warranty. The maximum total head on the pump is 215 feet. Maximum suction lift is 26 feet.

  3. I survived a wildfire, rebuilt my home, then my well has gone dry. Is this pump approved for transferring potable drinking water?

    1. This pump is not designed for transferring potable water.

  4. What is the best way to put this on wheels. It needs to be moved on rough terrain.

    1. This unit would not be designed to have wheels. You can modify the frame or leave it on a cart to make it mobile.

  5. Can I neck it down to 1", I'm using to pump water about 175' up,to fill water storage

    1. This high pressure pump is not recommended that it be necked down to 1". You could neck down to 1-3/4", which would be a safe size to go to.
