  1. Does this pump need to be installed level to the water source? Can it be installed at a higher level than the water?

    1. The pump can be installed either level or higher than the water source. It is best to be installed higher than the water source and would have a maximum 20 foot lift.

  2. Is this pump submersible?

    I have a water pump that is above ground and need a booster as the water level drops. But at times this booster pump would be underwater when the lake rises. If this is not a submersible booster pump is there others you can recommend?

    1. This pump is not a submersible pump. At this time we are not carrying a submersible booster pump.

    1. At 77 PSI you would have 0 gallons per minute. At 70 PSI you would get 20 gallons per minute at 160 feet head. This is the largest sprinkler booster pump that Northern Tool currently carries.
