    1. This pump is used for both industrial and commercial applications requiring high-volume water transfer. It certainly could be used for lawn irrigation also. It has up to 7,800 GPH flow with a total head of 100 feet and a maximum PSI of 43.

  4. Adjustable GPM & Full Time Use

    I would like to use this to power a pelton wheel 24x7 requiring adjustments from 20-40psi. Does the unit have ability to adjust the flow or allow an external speed control?

    Will it handle varying the output GPM or does it need unrestricted output?

    1. The Gorman-Rupp Centrifugal Pump can be used with a fire hose nozzle that could restrict the flow but only for short periods of time as the seals in the pump could fail due to the rise in the temperature.
