  1. Is this a 3 PH pump? How do you control ?

    1. This is a 3-phase pump. The motor that is attached to the pump will be wired according to the motor nameplate and defined by the electrician. It can be wired to a control panel or switch depending on the needs of the user.

  2. Do you have to use hard pipe on the intake side or can you use flexible pipe

    1. Flexible pipe can be used as long as it is reinforced and designed for use as a suction line. Some options we offer would be item #49609, #68979, and #68977.

  3. does this pump have a way to control the speed?

    does it come with a vfd? or can i order one?

    1. This sewage and trash pump does not have any type of speed control and reducing the size of the discharge hose could be restrictive on the pump possibly causing damage to the pump.
