  • Pump is designed to be run in a counter clockwise direction when viewing the unit from the front (looking at the oil fill hole)
  • The direction that the pump turns is dictated by the motor being used
  • If user has a single phase motor turning in the opposite direction, then the pump will turn the wrong way (clockwise)
  • If users have a 3-phase motor, they can reverse 2 of the leads (normally L1/L2 or L2/L3) to reverse the direction in which the motor turns

    1. The compressor pump will use a belt type A. This means that the belt will fit a single groove pulley.

    1. The compressor pump cannot be run on a 5 horsepower motor at 1740 RPM. It requires 3450 RPM and would have a 6" pulley.
