  1. Would I need two filters using this dryer for a printing press? I purchased the F series G (general purpose) but would I need a H as well?

    1. Two filters for this air dryer will work fine. The G filter needs to be installed in between the compressor and dryer and the F filter after the dryer.

  3. wee need a dehumidifier with airflow of 20 CFM with air temp maintained between 10 C to 30 C. does this unit provide constant 25 CFM or it can vary. Also, is the dryer a desiccant dryer? and what is min dewpoint?

    1. This is a refrigerated air dryer. It is not a desiccant dryer. It will provide a constant 25 CFM. The dew point is 7 degree Celsius and 44.6 degree Fahrenheit.

  4. How do i no how much cfm i 'm using

    1. You may calculate the CFM by using an air flow meter. This will provide you the amount of flow and the pressure that is coming out of the fitting. The manual on the compressor also should list the maximum CFM and PSI. You will need to make sure that the air dryer will have the same amount or a higher CFM rating than the compressor.

    1. There would not be any filters within the air dryer that need to be replaced. However, it would be recommended to put a general purpose filter in-between the compressor and the dryer that would have to be replaced periodically.

    1. This will plug in to a standard 120 volt wall outlet.

  10. Looking to use in personal home shop. Can I, if being used only on the weekends, reliably turn unit on and off when not needed ? Or is this not recommended ?

    1. You are able to turn this dryer off and on when necessary without suffering long-term issues. We do recommend giving the dryer about an hour of idle time after turning on before use to maximize the lifespan of the dryer.
