The air dryer would require a 10 micron filter. Northern Tool does not carry a filter that would work with this air dryer. You would contact the manufacturer for the correct filter.

What model is this Air Dryer? The model you have listed does not coincide with the models on Ingersoll Rand website.
I'm trying to get installtion instructions so I have everything needed to complete the install. I seen on a previous question a filter is needed that northern tools does not sell.

What will the output dew point temperature be for 1 CFM flow at 10 psi and an input dew point of 80 deg F?

The dryers are rated at 100 degrees, at this temperature the output dew point would be 38 degrees. They do not have a calculation to figure it at the lower degrees.

What is the recommended operating pressure for this unit and what is the maximim pressure?

The maximum pressure is 203 PSI. The operating pressure would be determined by the air compressor you are using and the required CFM of the tool.
