    6. The scrench is not included with the reconditioned saws. A product manual will come with the unit and is also available to be viewed on our website. My product recommendation below will show a kit that includes the scrench tool and other bits that may be of use when doing chainsaw maintenance.

    3. The reconditioned does come with an 18 inch bar. I have a 16 inch bar that I use most times. The saw is capable of using a 13 inch to 18 inch bar

  7. What is the longest Bar & Chain this saw can handle ?

    With the 18 inch bar this saw does great. But I have several stumps that are a little to big for the 18".. So I'm wondering if this saw would handle as a 20" or 22" bar ??? Please reply asap. Looking to buy bar today. Thx. Dan

    2. The recommended bar lengths for a model 440 is from 13" to 18" The engine and clutch will not support a longer bar.

    1. The specifics of what was refurbished is not listed. These are completely gone over by the manufacturer and anything needing repairs is repaired. It may vary from one reconditioned chainsaw to another.
