    1. SAE 10W-30 is recommended for general use. Per manual it states to start with less than 2 oz and then slowly add enough oil to fill to the upper limit as shown on page 33 in the manual.

  9. What size are the threads of the outlet or discharge? Will it stall if the outlet or discharge is shutoff momentarily by a water regulating valve without damaging it?

    1. The water pump has 1 inch NPT (national pipe threads). Momentarily shutting off the outlet of the water with a regulating valve would unlikely cause it to stall or damage it. The pump can handle brief interruptions of flow without issues. However, extended shutoff of the discharge can cause overheating and damage.

  10. Lost suction hose for my Honda wx10 water pump.  What is the male fitting size where suction hose connects to pump
