What is the Gallons per Hour or per Run, Fuel Consumption?

This high-pressure water pump under the best conditions(short suction hose, pump placement is the same elevation as water source, etc.) has a run time of approximately 1-1/2 hours. This water pump has a max output of 6900 gallons per hour. Using a full tank of gas over 1-1/2 hours, its approximate output is 10,350 gallons.

-Gionix: The WH15 will move a *maximum* of 115 gallons per minute. Actual rate will be affected by the length of the suction hose, how high up the pump is from the tip of the suction hose, etc. At maximum rate, the 1/2 gallon fuel tank works out to about 1-1/2 hours of run time. That would equal 10,350 gallons. Again, that the max, your results will will vary. -Robert@Honda

Does the pump lose pressure as the hose gets longer and longer?

As the pump head increases, the pressure will decrease. The length, type and size of the suction and discharge hoses will effect the output of the pump.

Do the JGB 1 1/2 suction and discharge hoses listed below hook up directly to this pump or are adaptors required? If adaptors are required, what types and where can I get them?

This pump has National Pipe Straight Hose (NPSH) ports. Please view hoses item 49632 and 49489. These do not require an adapter to connect to this pump
