can this unit be hung from rafters to heat a 30'x60' space

This unit could be hung from rafters using chains. There must be 8 foot clearance from the floor to the unit making sure all clearances are adhered to for safety from possible combustibles. The 30' x 60' heating space would good.

Is the output adjustable or is does operate only at one strength? Thermostat control included?
