  3. Replacing carpet with hardwood under a small grand piano (630#). Will put each leg into the center of a dolly. I assume that (3x) these will wheel across effectively on carpet. Please confirm. Will they also wheel across the hardwood without damage?

    1. These are capable of 270 lbs. each. They will roll on carpet. The firmer the surface the easier they will roll. If the wheels are kept free of debris, they should not damage hardwood floors.
