  1. Is the part that tightens down on the collet steel ?

    ok I bought a cheap rotary tool sometime ago from another tool store and the part that tightens down on the collet to hold the bits was aluminum and didn't last but maybe e or 4 times before it stripped trying to tighten enough to keep the bit from spinning the end loose.
    So is tis one steel or aluminum or some other material ?
