The GPI® Threaded Pressure Vent Cap Assembly is designed to fit a 2in. NPT tank opening and help adjust internal tank pressure while preventing harmful vapors from escaping into the air. For use with agricultural and commercial fuel transfer applications and fuel and fuel oil storage tanks. Minimum tank thickness of 13 ga. steel required.

    1. The dimensions of the gas cap would be 4.50" diameter and 2" high.

  3. what kind of lock will lock cap

    1 answer

    1. You would secure the vent cap to the tank and then slide shackle of padlock into hole (on vent cap) and lock. This will accept a padlock with a shackle diameter of 3/8" or less.
