Glideforce 7-Channel Wireless Remote Control combines receiver/transmitter functions. First 2 channels have 30 Amp relay outputs and can easily be connected to any DC motor linear actuator to control drive out/drive in functions. Channels 3-7 are 500 ma output to power external relays (not included). Each circuit is controlled separately from the buttons on remote keychain transmitter.

  1. Is this a 9 pin controller? How many pins on this controller all together?

    1. The channel 1-2 would have spade terminals. The channel 3-7 would have 10 pin connectors.

    Will the remotes work at 10, 20 or 30 yard distances from the control box?

    1. The remote will work at a range of up to 100 ft away from the control box.

  4. Control Output of 7 Channel Wireless Remote Control

    Will this unit control 2 acuators independently of one another? If so, is there anything in particular you need to do in order to accomplish this?

    Also, can you reprogram this unit to make it control two actuators in unison instead of them independently of one another? If you can, it would need to be able to have one actuator extend while the other actuator retracts.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    1. The 7-Channel Wireless Remote Control is not able to control two actuators independent of each other. The manufacturer does not recommend that it be wired to control two actuators in unison. Please see item #27314 for a controller kit to operate two actuators.

    Are the transmitter buttons capable of reversing polarity on channels 1 & 2 to extend/retract a 2 wire actuator?

    1. The instruction manual included with the 7-Channel Wireless Remote Control will show how to wire the unit to extend/retract.

  7. Does channel 1 and 2 have momentary on off function ability

    1. This product provides relay output as long as transmitter button is pressed for channels 1 and 2. This means that the output will remain on for as long as the button is pressed.
