    1. My new 4DNX pump came with the viewable screen filter. It works- Hooked up to a hose with dirt inside and half clogged the filter... Easy to clean out.

    1. yes this pump will fit but it will hang out on one side more then it should so a few new holes will need to be drilled in platform to hit right

    2. To replace a pump, you need to match up PSI, GPM, shaft size and the size of the engine.

  5. Will this pump fit on a Honda 6.5 hp GX200 motor?

    2. The requirements for this pump are a 5 to a 6.5 HP, 3/4" shaft engine with a 4 bolt engine face plate.

  6. Will I need anything else besides the appropriate hose fittings to use this product to replace an old pressure washer pump?

    Also- the Honda GC160 I am using has a short (1 inch) 3/4" diameter keyed shaft. Will this pump work with that shaft length?

    1. You may need the included adapter plate to align with Honda bolt pattern. That eats up about .3 inches. Not knowing HP of GX 160, be sure to verify that you have sufficient ooomph to twist this baby. I think, though, that you'll likely have about 1/2 inch of shaft within pump collar.

    2. The pump is complete, you simply remove the 4 bolts from the old pump and bolt the new pump on. In regards to this working with your Honda GC engine, it will work on that size of shaft.

  9. what is the dia. of bolt hole circle

    1. This has an adapter bracket that features an outside bolt circle of 5-7/8". The inside bolt circle on the adapter is 3-5/8". If the adapter is not used, the crankcase itself has a 5-5/16" and a 5-7/8" bolt circle.

  10. Does this pump serve to replace my Cat Model 3DX25GSI ?

    1. Our item #A1578171 is the replacement pump for 3DX25GSI with a gas engine. For an electric motor our item #A1573021 would be the suitable replacement.
