  3. What is the btu's required for a 18kw (LP). I need to run a gas line & know the requirement for sizing & regulator

    1. Using liquid propane at a 1/2 load, it is 155,000 BTUs and at a full load it's 275,000 BTUs. Using natural gas at 1/2 load, it is 169,000 BTUs and at a full load it's 247,000 BTUs.

  4. if the city for some reason cut off the gas supply to the unit can you swith to propane until the gas is put back on if you have a connection install to do this

    1. The fuel consumption at half load is 62 cubic feet per hour, (1.70) gallons per hour on propane. At full load the consumption is 110 cubic feet per hour, (3.02) gallons per hour on propane.
