    1. There is not a way to extend a wire for this surface mount tachometer to connect to a remote panel.

  3. pick up sensor required

    Good day. I am interested in this product. What sort of pick-up sensor do I need to place next to the flywheel/damper of my diesel engine ? Magnetic or stroboscopic ? I have no W terminal on my alternators. Can you supply a sensor ?

    1. A magnetic pick up sensor is included with this Tachometer. It does not require the use of a battery hookup since it is powered with an enclosed battery.
