Using the 3/4" accessories are restricting the flow. The pump is designed to be used with 1" accessories. The hose, filter and meter should all be 1". For the distance you are running you could even use a 1 1/4" hose for better flow. A high flow nozzle should be used.

What size line needs to be installed?
I am only getting about 9GPM from my new pump. I have 3/4" fittings from the pump to the meter (Fill Rite Series 800 C) and also using about 60' of 3/4" fuel hose. Do I need to have 1" lines all the way to the nozzle starting from the pump?

Steve, using ¾" accessories with the FR310VN pump will create a very low flow rate. This pump is designed for use with all 1" accessories. The 800 series meter should be changed out with the 900C series meter, the filter should be a 1" filter, and the hose should be 1" hose. With the distance of hose you are using, you will get even better flow with a 1¼" hose. The nozzle should be an Ultra High Flow Nozzle as well.

What size is the inside pipe in the tank

The inlet suction pipe is 1 1/4" FNPT. The outlet is 1" FNPT.

At what depth to the level of diesel will this pump lift and deliver diesel fuel into tractors, ground level tank.

The maximum suction lift is 18 feet. The maximum discharge head is 60 feet.
