Product Summary

Blue Ridge 150-I Wood Burning Insert The Blue Ridge 150-I is a compact, high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace insert designed specifically for installation into existing masonry fireplaces. Warning: this appliance must only be installed inside a masonry fireplace and must never be installed in a wooden or combustible structure. Built for performance and convenience, it transforms an existing fireplace into a powerful, clean-burning heat source while enhancing the ambiance of your living space. Despite its compact size, the Blue Ridge 150-I delivers reliable heating performance with a high-efficiency 1.1ft.3 firebox. It is capable of heating smaller to medium-sized areas while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency and consistent heat output. With a burn time of up to 7 hours, it provides long-lasting warmth and reduces the need for frequent refueling, making it ideal for overnight heating or extended use. A standout feature of this model is its large ceramic glass door, which offers a wide panoramic view of the flames. This design enhances the visual experience, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural beauty of a wood fire. The glass airwash system helps keep the viewing surface cleaner for longer, ensuring a clear and unobstructed view with reduced maintenance. Engineered for easier installation in tighter spaces, the unit features a tapered top and sides that allow it to fit more easily into smaller fireplace openings. The deep combustion chamber bottom also improves functionality by allowing ash to accumulate more efficiently, reducing the frequency of cleaning and simplifying routine maintenance. Durability is ensured through a steel top reinforced with a stainless steel heat shield, high-density refractory bricks, and a cast iron door paired with ceramic glass. These components work together to provide long-term strength, heat resistance, and consistent combustion performance. The Blue Ridge 150-I includes a 26in. x 42in. faceplate that provides a clean, finished look once installed, along with an air intake damper and a 90 CFM blower with thermodisc. The blower helps distribute heat more effectively throughout the room, improving overall comfort and efficiency. This EPA-certified, non-catalytic insert is proudly manufactured in the USA and Canada, meeting strict environmental and performance standards. It also qualifies for the U.S. tax credit, offering added value for homeowners seeking energy-efficient heating solutions. The Blue Ridge 150-I is a p
