The heater will come with a 72" cord that will plug into a standard 120 volt 60 Hz AC outlet. A minimum of 14 AWG extension cord no less than 1875 watts can be used. Make sure that there is at least 1.5 feet above the heater, 9 inches from the side of the heater and 5 feet below the heater of clearance space.
