  1. I ordered the all fuel HST storm collar that said it was for 8" insulated stove pipe, but it is about 10-3/8" inside diameter and my Seklirk Metalbestos 8" pipe is 10" outside diameter. Will this storm collar fit closely on a 10" O.D. Metalbestos pipe?
