The Sap-IT Bleach Additive would not work to remove tree sap. It is for use in removing algae from roof tops and vinyl siding.

How much would I add to water to downstream?
1 answer-
ProductExpert12· 7 years ago
There are separate recommendations for different applications. If you are cleaning a standard roof, 2-3 oz per 5 gallons is recommended. For siding, mixing in 1-2 oz per 5 gallons is recommended. If a stronger mix of sodium hypochlorite is needed, 3 oz per 5 gallons is approved. Be sure to check the ratios of the equipment being used to ensure proper mixing.
