Product Summary

The Delavan Cast Iron 8-Roller Pump provides up to 24 GPM at a maximum operating speed of 1000 RPM. This durable, reliable pump with 8 roller design features a stainless steel 15/16in. solid shaft, stainless steel rotor, 3/4in. diameter Ultra Rollers, counter-clockwise rotation (CCW), and permanently lubricated sealed bearings. It is ideal for use in fluid transfer, agriculture spraying, pesticides, herbicides, irrigation, landscape applications and other industrial uses. Can be driven by PTO, gas engine or electric motor.

    1. The Delavan Cast Iron Roller Pump is designed to be powered by a PTO shaft. Powering by an electric motor is not recommended.

  5. Im looking for a pump for my 250 gallon sprayer. Will this pump create enough pressure or what do you recommend? currently I have a Turbo 90 Delavan.

    1. The Delavan 8-Roller Pump will only provide 300 PSI whereas the Delavan Turbo 90 does provide more volume. The correct pump would depend on what PSI or volume is needed for the sprayer.

    1. This Delavan Roller Pump is not included with the PTO spline coupler. The PTO spline coupler would need to be purchased through the manufacturer directly.

  7. How do you hook this up to a pto shaft on a tractor?

    1. Secure the PTO coupling to the pump shaft by sliding the coupling as far forward as possible without touching the bearing shield and tightening the set screws down on the key of the pump shaft. Slide coupling onto PTO shaft and secure by pulling collar back on PTO quick coupler, sliding onto PTO shaft and locking into place. These instructions are shown in the product manual provided by the manufacturer.

  8. Will this pump work with a 4hp motor?

    1. This unit is designed to be driven by a PTO. It can be used with a gas engine,
      but not as is. To use with a gas engine, you need to change the rotation to
      clockwise. This can be done locally by any engine specialist.
