  1. Intend installation in a covered carport area. Must be enclosed. Other than nonflammable + easily ventilated, any recommendations for enclosure materials? Also, how much space should I provide between the generator and the enclosure?

    1 answer

    1. It is not recommended that the generator be installed in an enclosed area. The exhaust side of the generator would need to be at least 5 feet away from combustibles. The generator should be installed at least 5 feet away from any opening in the wall (windows, door, vents etc.).
