  1. Will a regular garden hose connect to this reel?

    1. To hook up a garden hose a reducer would be needed to adapt to the 1/2" fittings on the hose reel.

  2. can i use 3/8inch hose on this with a fitting adapter

    1. With a reducer this hose reel can hold up to 140 feet of 3/8" hose. You may also look at item #228550 that is already set up with 3/8" fitting and holds 150 feet of hose.
