    Will this product support water distribution without rusting.?
    Can this reel be mounted horizontally?

    1. The dimensions on the reel are 25 1/2" high, wheel diameter 23" and the depth is 9 2/3". The reel is for water and would not rust. It can be mounted horizontally.
