  1. Can I freeze the entire cooler with water in bottom to create a solid block of ice around the cooling tubes or will it ruin the speakers and fan

    1. The cooler is designed to be filled with ice cubes. dry ice or reusable cold packs. It is not recommended to freeze the cooler full of water.

  2. How long do the battery last,and where can i get more extra batteries? And long does the ice last?

    1. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery lasts up to 6 hours. It is best to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts for this product. This does not have a rating for how long the ice lasts.
